Shipping
Orders process in 1–3 business days, then ship from California — about 7 business days to arrive. We'll always try to get it to you sooner.
Always. Every order ships in a plain outer box with no logos, no product descriptions, and no indication of contents — inside or out.
Currently we ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Free shipping on all orders over $75. Standard shipping on orders under $75 is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Returns & Warranty
Returns accepted on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. We can't accept used pieces for hygiene reasons. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged. Contact us with your order number to start a return.
Manufacturing defects, joint failures, and stress cracks under normal use. Doesn't cover drops. Email us with your order number and photos — we'll take care of you.
Don't dispose of packaging. Photograph the box and the piece. Email us within 48 hours — we'll ship a replacement at no cost.
Yes, for unopened items in the return window. Reach out before returning so we can confirm availability and provide a return label.
